• Much the same as a traditional descender the Clutch features an auto-stop feature if the lever is pulled too hard or too far.
• The Clutch is fully multi-purpose in that it can be used to lower and raise rescue loads, and it can also be used as a personal decent control device.
• It has a simliar feel to a traditional descender, but blends the functional capability of both a descender and a progress capture pulley.
• Features a highly efficient Harken pulley, an a becket rated to 22kN.
• The Clutch is easy to use. It is intuitive to load the rope, and control friction.
• Designed to work with 11mm rope.
• The Clutch has a two-stage opening mechanism to release the side plate, and an easy-to-use lever disengages the caming action during decent.
