The 3M Protecta single fall arrest lanyard for welders has been specially developed for welding and grinding work at height.
Heat resistant
Fire and sparks pose a major hazard when performing tasks such as welding, grinding and other applications that take place at high temperatures. Thanks to the Kevlar fall arrest lanyards and the heat- and char-resistant protective cover that slides over the fall arrestor, this fall arrest lanyard is heat resistant up to a maximum of 371°C.

- Available in 1.5 m and 2.0 m versions
- Equipped as standard with integrated steel scaffolding hook (50 mm opening) and steel carabiner
