Rules for returns:

30-day cooling-off period
The item must be 100% unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to our return address.

For business purchases, we would like to be contacted by telephone before the product is returned. In some cases, we order products especially for you that are not listed on our website, products are custom-made or products are linked to an activation date. In these cases, we will not process the return shipment.
