Terms and conditions of sale for private consumers

Prices
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT (21%). Prices are subject to change at any time, but those registered at the time of ordering are valid for invoicing. In the event of a clearly incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct it; you will be notified of this on the next working day after placing your order.

K2 Profshop delivers in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
For all other countries, please contact our services first to check whether delivery is possible.

Delivery and delivery costs BELGIUM
You can always collect the goods free of charge from our shop in Aartselaar, Cleydaellaan 10 Unit 8. If you prefer home delivery, we will deliver the goods to you by GLS transport. We charge EUR 6.00 + VAT for this. Orders from EUR 150 excluding VAT are delivered free of charge to your home in Belgium.

Delivery costs Netherlands 10 euros (+21% VAT). For other countries: currently on request

Please note that deliveries are made during the day, so someone must be at home to receive them. However, you can also specify a different delivery address.

Payment
Upon collection, payment must be made in cash or by bank card. For home delivery, we request payment in advance via the payment module on this website. Payment by bank transfer is also possible (please contact us).

Execution of your order
We will execute your order with the necessary care. You will receive confirmation of your order by email. If the delivery is delayed or proves impossible, we will also inform you. If the delivery period exceeds the maximum 30 days, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the order.

Cancellations - return of goods - right of withdrawal
As a private consumer, you have a period of 14 days in which you can withdraw from the purchase. This 14-day period starts from the date of home delivery of the goods. 
If our products do not meet your requirements, you can report this and return them without penalty or giving any reason, provided that the packaging remains intact and the goods have NOT been used. 

Returns
Unopened packages may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please pack your return sufficiently, preferably in the original packaging. The transport costs for this return shipment must be paid in advance. We do not accept cash on delivery.
After receiving and inspecting your shipment, we will refund the amount due to the account you have specified.

Warranty
All items have the warranty period as stated on the packaging.

Disputes
Belgian law applies. Only the court of Antwerp has jurisdiction.

- K2 Profshop supplies not only to businesses but also to private individuals.

- Prices: The prices shown are exclusive of 21% VAT. We reserve the right to refuse an order if it is clear that an incorrect price is listed on our website.

- Delivery costs Belgium:
We deliver the goods to you via GLS or BPOST transport. You will be charged EUR 6.00 (excl. VAT) for this. Web orders that are paid for immediately (from EUR 150 excl. VAT) are delivered free of charge. If desired, you can also specify a different delivery address.  You can also collect the goods from our shop in Aartselaar, Cleydaellaan 10 Unit 8.

- Payment Belgium:
Normal payment terms for customers accredited by K2 Profshop are 30 days from the invoice date. Non-accredited K2 Profshop customers can pay via the Europabank module on this webshop, or upon collection (BC/MC/VISA), or by bank transfer (contact us).

- Return policy: You can return products you have ordered from us at your own expense. After analysing whether or not the product has been used, we will refund your payment.

- Disputes:
Belgian law applies. Only the court of Antwerp has jurisdiction.
