K2 Profshop does not charge shipping costs for orders over €150.00 (excluding VAT) for both Belgium and the Netherlands. Below you will find a detailed explanation of the rates.
Shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands
K2 Profshop does not charge shipping costs in Belgium and the Netherlands for orders over €150.00 excluding VAT.
For orders up to €150.00, we charge a fee of €6.00 including VAT for Belgium and €15.00 including VAT for the Netherlands.
In stock and ordered before 5 p.m.? Delivered tomorrow!
If we receive your order and payment on working days before 5 p.m. and the items you have ordered are in stock, the order will be shipped the same day.
PostNL does not deliver to some business addresses on Saturdays, but on the next working day. These are usually companies/organisations that are closed at weekends.
Delivery in Europe
It is possible to send orders to addresses throughout Europe. Please contact us to discuss the options and rates.
Exceptions to the above conditions are shipments that must be sent by pallet or a different courier service due to their total weight and/or volume.
Large parcels
An order is considered a large parcel if it is longer than 170 cm, weighs more than 30 kg, or consists of multiple parcels whose total weight requires pallet shipping (from 50 kg).
Surcharges
The amounts listed below are exclusive of VAT.
The rates for pallet shipments are as follows:
- Belgium: €90.00
- The Netherlands: €65.00
- Dutch Wadden Islands and the rest of Europe on request
The surcharge for a large parcel depends on its size and weight; price is on request.
You can return your order via this page. For business purchases, we would like to contact you by telephone before the product is returned. In some cases, we order products especially for you that are not listed on our website, are custom-made or are linked to an activation date. In these cases, we will not process the return shipment. The other rules for returns are:
- 30-day cooling-off period
- The item is 100% unused and is packaged in its original packaging
- You are responsible for arranging shipment to our return address
