The Petzl ASAP LOCK is a mobile fall-arrest device for ropes with a rope diameter of 10-13 mm, featuring an integrated locking function. This device is essential in fall protection systems for rope access, industrial applications, and rescue. It trails automatically with no manual handling and instantly locks in the event of a fall or uncontrolled descent. The integrated LOCK function allows immobilisation to limit potential fall distance and secure the rope in high winds. The ASAP LOCK is midline attachable, meaning it can be installed or removed at any point on the rope, without needing to free the end. Rated for rescue up to 250 kg (with ASAP’SORBER AXESS). Certified to EN 12841 type A, EN 353-2, and ANSI Z359.15.
