Payment options
We can deliver most items within 48 hours of payment. In the unlikely event that we do not have something in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order to inform you of the expected delivery time. If you have any questions about delivery times and/or the availability of items, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment method
When placing your order, you can choose from eight different payment methods: Bancontact / Mister Cash, prepayment, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), V PAY, iDEAL, contact with bank card upon collection, and invoice. For home delivery, we request prepayment via the payment module on this website. Bank transfer is also possible (please contact us).
Prepayment
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This order confirmation contains our bank details, which you will need to pay the total amount in advance. Once we have received your prepayment, your order will be processed and shipped.

Bancontact / Mister Cash
This payment method is the online payment system developed by the joint banks in Belgium and is the most widely accepted online payment method in Belgium.
Credit Card
The Credit Card is a convenient and secure payment method. It also allows you to purchase products quickly and efficiently. Within the MultiSafepay payment platform, you can choose between Visa or MasterCard.
V PAY
V PAY is a chip and debit card that is extremely flexible and a very secure payment solution, which can be used together with the national payment product on the same payment card.
iDEAL
iDEAL is a payment system set up by the largest banks in the Netherlands. If you choose to pay via iDEAL, you will be redirected to your own internet banking environment at the end of your order. Here you can easily and securely complete the payment. This means we receive your payment immediately and your order can be processed. iDEAL is the most popular payment method for online transactions in the Netherlands. Bank card upon collection
If you choose to collect your order from our shop, you can pay for your order there and then.
Invoice
Your order will be processed immediately. After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an invoice. We apply a strict payment term of 14 days for this. This payment method must be activated by K2 Profshop. You can request this by contacting us by email or telephone.
Dispute
Belgian law applies. Only the court of Antwerp has jurisdiction.
