ABS Lock Loop

The ABS Lock Loop is a discreet stainless steel anchorage point designed for installation into timber rafters on pitched roofs. The anchor loop (Ø 5 mm) is screwed into the load-bearing timber structure using stainless steel screws and provides an anchor point for up to 3 users. The ABS Lock Loop holds an ETA approval and is certified in accordance with DIN EN 795:2012 type A and DIN CEN/TS 16415:2017 for multiple users when installed in line with ETA-20/0257.

Discreet anchor loop for pitched roofs
The compact stainless steel anchor loop remains almost invisible between shingles or tiles after installation, while still providing a reliable anchorage point for personal fall protection equipment. This makes the ABS Lock Loop particularly suitable for projects where aesthetics and minimum visual impact of fall protection systems are important.

Certified anchorage for timber rafters
The ABS Lock Loop is screwed directly into load-bearing timber rafters (also through rafter-mounted insulation) and can be loaded laterally. When correctly installed on a rafter with a minimum cross-section of 60 x 120 mm, the anchor point complies with the relevant European standards and the European Technical Assessment (ETA-20/0257).
