The Petzl Knee Grab is an aid designed to make ascent using SRS techniques more efficient. The system is used in combination with the SEQUOIA PLUS or another compatible tree care sit harness with a suitable mounting system. It consists of a right-hand PANTIN rope clamp and a textile foot loop, helping to make rope progression more consistent and less demanding during repeated ascents.
Integration with PANTIN rope clamp
The integrated catch makes it easier to install the rope in the PANTIN rope clamp. This speeds up setup and supports a smooth transition into the ascent phase within SRS configurations.
Adjustable foot loop and shoe fit
The foot loop features a lower strap with a buckle for precise adjustment around the shoe. It can also be connected to the top of the shoe using an accessory carabiner such as the MINO, which is not included as standard.
