Skylotec Speed Attach

The Speed Attach from Skylotec is an innovative fall arrest device that is the only one in the world to feature two fall arrest systems and a speed-dependent fall protection function.

Unique double fall arrest system
In the event of a fault in the retraction function, the movement speed is limited to a set maximum speed. If this speed is exceeded, a second safety feature is activated: a centrifugal braking mechanism ejects the arresting pin and blocks the runner.

Comfortable
Thanks to an additional lever, the Speed Attach functions as a retractable fall arrest trolley, providing extra safety during climbing. It ensures comfort by keeping the fall arrest trolley close to the user, which shortens the fall arrest distance and therefore reduces the risk of falling.

Multifunctional
The Speed Attach can be used with both the Skytac rail from Skylotec and the Söll GlideLoc rail, offering a wide range of uses. The arresting mechanism is concealed in the housing, protecting it from external influences. The sturdy aluminium housing and stainless steel axles and metal guide wheels ensure low wear.
