ABS Lock X Rivet

The ABS Lock X Rivet is a stainless-steel anchor point for sandwich and trapezoidal sheets (cold roofs), installed from above using watertight blind rivets. The system is designed for professional fall protection on metal roofs and can be used as a single anchor point or as part of a horizontal cable lifeline. The ABS Lock X Rivet has been tested to EN 795:2012 type A and CEN/TS 16415:2017 for multi-user applications.

Efficient installation on sandwich and trapezoidal roofs
The ABS Lock X Rivet is riveted from above onto the steel or aluminium roof sheet using 14 watertight blind rivets. The insulation layer beneath the metal sheet does not need to be removed, reducing installation time and preserving the roof build-up. This makes the system particularly suitable for retrofit installation on existing industrial roofs.

Flexible integration in cable-based lifeline systems
The anchor point can be used as a single anchorage for up to three users, as well as a line intermediate, corner support or end terminal within a horizontal cable system. This allows safe cable routing and adequate clearance above roof profiles and obstructions.
